I am Hettie! I guide, encourage and facilitate people at turning points in their life. Supporting people in those moments of change, challenge and crisis to reconnect to their wholeness, their centre, their true nature.
If something has happened in your life pitching you into inner turmoil, bringing up past events and strong emotions and you long to respond with authenticity and integrity. If it is simply time for you to make changes in your life, a decision, a transition, a desire to live confident and true to your nature.

I am inviting people, groups and organisations who are working for change of all kinds to get in touch to explore collaboration. I believe that when we heal ourselves and our history's we are much better able to act for the future with truth and love.
Plants are companions in life, as an Insight Herbalist, I offer ways to connect deeply with herbs. As you journey alongside them, you grow your self knowledge, your intuition and find those who will companion you through life's challenges.
